We service individuals and/or businesses in the RTP area, including Raleigh, Durham, Morrisville, and Cary. We are Certified and commissioned by the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State.
Fees: The fee for a general notarial act is $10.00 per principal signature, as mandated by the North Carolina Secretary of State.
A Few Things To Remember When Having A Document Notarized
We would like to emphasize that bringing in a document that has already been signed by someone else and requesting notarization is NOT allowed!
The Notary must directly observe and authenticate the signing process.
The cost for obtaining a notarization is $10.00 per document. If mobile notary service is requested, please note that additional travel fees will be applied.
Before you schedule a meeting with one of our team members for document notarization, we request that you refrain from signing your document(s). To ensure compliance with legal requirements, a Notary must be present to witness the signing and dating of the document(s) in person.
It is important to note that you are required to present a government-issued photo ID at the time of your document's notarization. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver's license or a U.S Passport. By adhering to these guidelines, you will help ensure the validity and legality of your documents.
